Welcome,  Insightfulness was born in 2015 from a deep wish to share with others the things I have learned over many years – in the corporate environment as well as in the classroom - about human behaviour, our wish to connect, belong and flourish while making sense of what takes place around us.

My three areas of specialism are Performance Coaching, Systemic Constellations and Homeopathy. Each area has a section within the website explaining the services I offer and can be accessed from the links below. And while these are separate disciplines and are offered as such, if necessary I can draw on knowledge and experience from each of them to support the holistic philosophy I use to approach client issues
